Ordering & Payment

Honey Blooms works on a browse-and-inquire model rather than instant online checkout. Explore the arrangements on our Floral Arrangements page or our shop, then reach out by phone or email with the design you love, your event date, and your delivery address. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and payment with you directly before your order is finalized.

Local Delivery Only — No Shipping

Honey Blooms is a local florist serving the Las Vegas area. We do not ship flowers, and we cannot guarantee freshness for orders shipped outside our local delivery zone. Delivery fees and availability are confirmed at the time of ordering based on your address.

Order Timing

We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 days before you need it, especially around holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) when demand is highest. Same-day and rush orders may be available - just ask when you reach out.

Substitutions

Flowers are a natural product, and seasonal or supply availability may occasionally require us to substitute a bloom, color, or container of equal or greater value. We always aim to preserve the color palette and overall feel of the arrangement you chose.

Cancellations & Changes

Because each arrangement is designed and sourced individually, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or date changes. Changes made closer to the delivery date may not be possible.

Flower Care

To help your arrangement last as long as possible: keep it away from direct sunlight and heat vents, top off the vase water every 1-2 days, and trim stems at an angle every few days.
